Title: Vice President of Construction

Duties: Manage construction budgets and schedules for commercial construction projects including, but not limited to, restaurants, offices, and hotels. Select and manage contractors. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Maintain construction sites' quality and safety. Supervise Project Managers and Superintendents. Oversee Estimating department for successful project bids. Weekly travel to various projects sites throughout Florida.

Requires 2 years experience in a position involving project coordination and/or
management for commercial construction projects. Weekly travel to various projects sites throughout Florida.

Location: Orlando, FL

Salary/Overtime: $66,747/year

Days/Hours: Mon-Friday/7am-5pm
